Choosing a Photographer

A simple way to choose a photographer is to view the various galleries of photographers, on the Internet, or Facebook and examine their work. Some of you may like the special perspective of a particular photographer and others will like the conservatism of another. It is all perfectly acceptable and depends on only one thing – your personal taste.

Check whether it is a permanent photography team. If the photographers change, there is no real value to the gallery you had watched.

The most traditional way is to consult your friends or relatives who have recently held an event. A recommendation made by someone close is worth much more than random recommendations made on the web.

At present, photographing a wedding is only one part of the whole. Check whether your chosen photographer does magnets, digital albums and more. If so, you may reduce costs through a package deal.

Check carefully the amount of films and photos (printed, enlarged) you will receive after the event. If you want additional photos developed it is imperative that you know the cost, also whether it is possible to remove, in editing, certain segments revealed after watching and which you do not wish to leave as a nostalgic stain.

For an event with more than 400 guests, it is recommended to have two video cameramen – in addition to the stills photographer. It is a pity to miss invitees and memories, for life.
